Show shared folder with the BINGOOO Messenger

This function is only available in BINGOOO professional and BINGOOO corporate

With the BINGOOO Messenger you can easily show shared folders to buddies in your LAN. This is another BINGOOO contribution to efficient net working.

How it works:

1. Mark one of your LAN-Buddies in the Messenger panel. Please make sure that your buddy is online with BINGOOO.
2. Click the right mouse button to open the context menu. Here, click on the command Show Shared Folder. The window Instant Message will appear immediately.
3. In the window Instant Message, the entries of addressee and sender are generated automatically. In the text field, you can see your IP address and the invitation for your buddy to take a look at it. You can make some further entries, if necessary.
4. Click on the button Send.
5. The Instant Message will appear on your buddy's screen immediately. If he clicks on the button OK, your shared folders will be shown in the embedded browser. Then, he can open his directory, to open your folders etc.

TIP
If your folders contain important data, please make sure that the respective files cannot be manipulated by others.
